Yep. Segmented release. Like The Walking Dead. Which means I'll probably pick it up in a couple of years when it's on a Steam sale or Humble Bundle because I don't have the patience for that sort of release model. With how unfinished the game looks visually - I'd say they rushed this one out.
As for G2Play.net not working for you - not sure about that, I use Paypal at that site frequently and it always works perfectly. Here's another one for $40 (if you Pre-order through the Games Garage merchant at the bottom).
