Hi all,

I know this is a long shot but... basically I have moved to china recently and am in need of a new laptop. Now I know the cheapest place to buy said laptop is next door in Hong Kong,  but unfortunately I have attempted to look at laptops and have been prevented from doing so by Chinese Internet filtering (I think).. so now the question stands: does anybody know the cheapest laptop I can get in  HK that will let me run dota 2? Requirements are as above. I would have liked to put this post in a proper oorder but im typing from a phone and it's mucking me about big time!

You could try MongKok computer center if you don't mind travelling a little bit. Been there whenever i visit Hong Kong, the prices aren't that bad either. The store should look like this http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c0/MongKokComputerCentre_20071107.jpg , just take the elevator up or take the stairs. There are other stores in mongkok you can look at but i suggest checking the one above out.

You could also try Sha Tin, new town plaza. It's more straightforward to get to, just take the train and your there since the station is pretty much part of it. I can't remember where the electrical store is but just walk around and you'll definitely find it. Oh and it's a big shopping center... http://thehkshopper.com/wp-content/themes/testeer/includes/timthumb.php?src=http://thehkshopper.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/tt.jpg&h=444&w=670&zc=1 (only part of it)

There are others but computer stores aren't that hard to find in hong kong. It's not uncommon to find two or more of the same store in one area.
