With the onset of old age i have found recently i cannot sit for more than a couple of hours at a pc desk when gaming. So, i decided to re-arrange my little pc area. I threw out my pc desk and set my pc up at the side of my sofa in the living room. Now when i play i simply pull up the coffee table, sit my monitor and speakers on it, sit the keyboard on the arm of the sofa and play away. I have to say not only do i have the most comfortable pc gaming experience i have ever had but get i great view of the tv too. What, if any, strange places or set ups do you have to play your pc games?

currently i play at a bog standard pc desk, i have no room for anything else - but soon i'm moving into a much lagrer place and my goal is to set up a sort of standard tv style setup, i'll have a large monitor on a stand, a little like a how you'd have a television, and then a comfy armchair to sit in

effectively using the keyboard and mouse in such a setup may seem like a problem - but it's not really, all i need is a piece of smooth wood, like the wood my desk is made of to sit across the arms like a tv dinner tray, and my keyboard and mouse can sit at a comfortable height

it may or may not work out so well in practice, but it sounds good on paper, and i've tried miming out the general idea and it feels comfortable enough - it'll definitely be nicer than being hunched over in a pretty uncomfortable office chair, with my head just a few inches from my monitor

Well I used to play some using my laptops but both of them are old and dated now so I use my desktop only. Its setup on a desk with a big comfy leather chair with lumbar for back support (its an executive style chair) good to go for hours hell even all day long sessions!

Well I have a small working room with a desk, a few printers and a fax/scanner and that's where I play.
I have a cheap chair that I bought for 50 dollars and I've had it for 4 years, leather is dying but it's still ok.
I've got a small TV next to my desk so that I can watch it when I'm bored or downloading.
