I used to play TF2 on the 360 but stopped playing it cause of the lack of players. Now that I have a good pc I want to try it out, but I was just wondering how big is the community for TF2? Does it get updated alot? Any recent changes? Any upcoming expansions? Or would L4D be the better choice?

Large. It was recently updated with new maps, Modes, and the Pyro update (They're updating each class one by one)

The TF2 community is pretty large. There are several hundred servers. There hasn't been an update for awhile due to work on Left 4 Dead, but now that that's finished, work has resumed. They're putting out a patch in a few days that will add new features to the game and a content pack will come early next year that will update the Scout. I'd get both Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead if you can. They're both amazing games.

The community is big and one of the best out there imo. Usually not to many kids screaming, and usually people willing to work as a team.

I have maybe 20 of my favorite servers i haved bookmarked and they are always up and with a bunch of people in them. And then when ever i search or random games there are always alot!
The TF2 community is alive and well! :D

Yah it still has tons of people playing. It takes alot more time for Pc game online communties to die out than consoles. I still play Delta Force Black Hawk Down with tons of different servers.

TF2 is huge. Left 4 Dead is just getting started, but the community will get even bigger when new maps etc are released.

Its huge mate. Always a server to play on, and they update it all the time with new weapons and so on.
