how can I make Test Drive unlimited run faster?

I'm able to run Test Drive Unlimited 1 on my pc, but it goes very slow, my specs are: CPU:Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce FX 5600 Memory: 2.50 GB RAM: 2.6 GB

On a more serious note though. It seems like you are trying to run a game from 2006 on a mid range card from 2003 that's below the minimum requirement. There really is no cure for that other than buying a new pc.

There's absolutely nothing you can do other than lowering the settings and resolution. If you have a PS3/360 I would just get the console version or buy a new PC.

Put all your settings on low and try 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768. Also make sure you get as current a driver as you can for that card - http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/175.19/175.19_geforce_winxp_32bit_english_whql.exe
