how can I use internet and Xbox live at the same time ?

I have a problem

I can only go to Xbox-live , or internet

cant do both at the same time, becouse one will get blocked

any ideas ?

my frend had a common problem, try turning ur firewall and close all unneeded programs

idk much about xbox so just try that
