I am considering building a PC. I am 14 years old and I do not have experience with putting together equipment like this, so I have a few questions:

1. Is it difficult to build a PC?
2. Where should I order the parts?
3. Where could I find detailed instructions on how to put it together?
4. How much money could I save if I built a PC instead of buying one?

ill answer a few of your questions, its quite easy to build a PC, but the best way to get experience is to take apart an unued computer (if you have one) and put it back together and get the know what goes where and so on, i also suggest researching alot into computer parts and etc, (research is probably the most improtant part of building a computer). if you lie in USA www.newegg.com would be best if you are in UK then www.ebuyer.com would be best. you save quite abit buy building it but you dont get warrenty and other things like that.

1. Not really, it's more about techniques than just skills.

2. At any retail store like BestBuy, Fry's, CompUSA or online retailer like newegg, zipzoomfly...

3. http://tools.corsairmemory.com/systembuild/report.aspx?report_id=12472

4. Couple hundred bucks or thousand if you wanna build a high end.
