I am basically sold on the epson 1080p projector which I feel is very afforable. ($2300). Dont dont have to worry about brightness because my home theater is located in the basment and is dark all day long. But I also want to use it for games like ps3, 360, wii, and perhaps even some legacy console.(snes, sega, nes). I tried looking this topic on the internet but i cant really find quality answers. Does video game gameplay suffer when play on a PJ? Is there anything about the technolgy that can put a strain on the quality of gameplay. For example Lcd hdtvs suffer from input lag which makes games like guitar hero almost impossible to play. And the slow refresh rates make the image all blurry. Does some of the technolgy of Pjs affect gameplay like Lcd tvs do?

My cousin has a projector/theatre in his house (it's amazing lol) and we game in there quite a bit. From the times I've played on it, everything seemed to work perfectly. But we never played guitar hero on it so I'm not sure if it has the same type of lag some LCD TVs can get from it.
