How do Hook Up Pc to TV screen?

Okay I just want to know how to Hook up the computer to a TV screen. The screen is New its HDTV 1080I(ithink). So how do I know how I can, or if its possible.

ok now on ur TV do u have an HDMI or VGA or DVI ports ? i think you probably have HDMI and ur card should come with a DVI to HDMi adapter just use the adapter on the card, get an HDMi cable, and VOILA !669594
