For Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Delete Browsing History -> Delete All

For Firefox -> Ctrl+Shift+Delete

You have the power now ;)

Don't forget about TweakUI. Cleans IE history, typed entries, recent pictures/files that show up in the windows start menu and other dirty things you don't want other people to see. Whats funny about it is that those options are under the "Paranoia" tab.
