How do i get itunes & all the songs,videos,apps to another computer

I dont know if this is in the right section but how do you get all the songs,videos,apps,games to another computer?

if its possible tell me what i need please.

I remember there was this one way where you put your ipod into disk mode(Not available on the touch) then you go to your computer and locate it. You then go into the ipod files there would be a folder that you'd have to go into forgot which one(You also have to make sure hidden files are shown on your computer cause it's one of the hidden ones you gots to get into) Anyway you go into it and the files should have some funky names like A0001 or something with lots of zeros. I think it goes up to 27 so that would be the alphabet if I had to guess. Anyway you go into each file and the song names should have funky names to like AYZK or something like that. Then you just go into each of those files and drag all the songs out of them onto your computer. That's for songs only and sorry for the really horrible guide. There's one on the internet thats more detailed if you can find it
