My computer is really noisy since the fans are always running and I was wondering which adapter do I need to convert these bulky molex into the right format? I checked my motherboard and it has 3 "chassis fan connectors", two of which are three pin and one is four pin. My Raidmax Quantum has 5 fans so I was thinking of only connecting the out-take fans to the mobo.

I also forgot to say, my case came with some molex to 6 pin converters. I couldn't find any place to put them on my mobo so I was wondering if these are any good/what do they do? Thanks in advance!
