lets see. Learn how to program for... 2-4 years Work with it for a few more years. Then you should know :P

If you have no intention of spending a LOT of time on learning at least one of the IT languages don't bother.

It's not as hard as people likes to think, but it really takes a lot of time.

Back when I used to screw around with MUDs, there was a client called AL Client that had a fairly easy to use standard editor built in, if I recall correctly.

The closest and easiest thing I can think of beyond that again involves MUDs, but the MUD Creator Toolkit

Beyond that, learn code and start a game company. There really aren't many easy ways to just snatch games out of thin air.

English lessons with poor grammar are not very good. ;)
