I am planning on getting a new PC with a Q9550, how would I overclock this safely, would it be worth it to overclock because its quite a high speed anyway.
go into your bios and oc it with your fsb ( front side bus) setting or your multipliers hopefully its unlocked im a lil unsure of intel chips im more of an amd guy but ne ways if ur gona have to up the voltages also and maybe ram timings to stable everything out
