There's no "quick" way to OC'ing a CPU. Your best bet would be to search for a few guides using google.com or whatever search engine you like. As for OC'ing - OC'ing a GPU really doesn't give much benefit. You're better off OC'ing your CPU. If you're lucky and you can push your GPU hard enough and your CPU isn't bottlenecking your GPU, you might get a whole whopping 1-3% (if you're lucky enough, maybe even up to a 5%) increase in performance. First OC your CPU, once you get that going, then worry about trying to OC your GPU and see if it helps you out at all with your games/benchmarks. With my computer, I see no benefit at all pushing my two 8800GTS 512MB cards well past their stock speeds. My benefit in performance increase comes from taking my CPU up .35GHz.

Download the program ntune you can also overclock your cpu from it however I strongly advise you don't since its much better to overclock it from bios.

Never use Ntune, that program is a joke. Even the guys at EVGA will tell you to stay away. For OC'ing the GPU, I would advise EVGA precision and for the CPU, nothing but BIOS. But as stated before, go do some research so no damage is done.

Only thing I might use NTune for is to adjust the fan speeds on my GPUs, other then that, I don't care much for what it offers. It's more of a hassle to use the program then to just work on OC'ing things myself, the correct way, through BIOS.

I've never experienced problems with ntune it works great for my 9800GTX I've overclocked it and adjusted the fan speed and it works perfectly.

Ntune is dangerous to use, altered my PCI speed and almost killed the thing.

stay the hell away from NTune, my old 8800 GTS 320's fan almost effed up because of ntune (it kept throtling and going down, until it stopped, giving me my first BSOD due to EXTREME overheating (the card was running at 160C, i hadnt cleaned the dust in quite a while so it got REALLY hot) riva tuner was always great for fan speeds, and i do think you can overclock your GPU from there (i dont remember, since i use catalyst control center to control my 4850's settings) as for your CPU, the bios is THE option, any software overclocking is dangerous
