How do you find out how many FPS your game is running?

Well I wanted to know how to find out how many fps your game is running? I know some games like Guild Wars give it to you but for those who dont?

Download a program called Fraps, it shows your FPS in game and also lets you record in game for 30 seconds.

Xfire has an option to measure FPS I think.

Xfire, and some games have commands to show fps such as in Source Based games you type in net_graph 3 in console

how do you see how many First Person Shooters a game is running?!?!?!!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?

I am kiding, i dont know how to tell the FPS, sry.....

This is your best bet. Fraps is a great program.
