How to find the tools to host a server,

For alpha (requires that you have bought the game), search for multiplayer alpha server software

For the free version, search at the very top above the server list.

Just a warning, hosting your own server can be a royal pain in the rear, I would recommend searching for a guide somewhere on the internet.
