How do you make new meshes and textures in Oblivion?

A 3D modelling program like Maya, Lightwave, or 3D Studio max are ideal for mesh creation.

A 2D art program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro are ideal for texture creation.

Note, it takes a ton of work to make even simple models and textures.

Hell yeah it does. It took me a week just to tweak an existing armor set. It was my first attemptand i'm gettingfaster but it's still hard work. But rewarding. Everytime I make a new mod or DL one I think to myself "the console versions are missing out on SO much".

apropos textures check quarl´s new texture pack it looks awesome. mostly 1024-2048 texture size (original oblivion t.size is only 512)
