https://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/WishList/TemporaryWishList.asp

Total price is $600

Any tips on whether or not this is a good build for playing most modern games (except Crysis) at the highest settings would be greatly appreciated:twisted:

Edit: That wish list link might not work. Here are the parts:

The power supply looks a bit weak go for a 500-600w quality one, you might like to get a bigger hdd, 160gb isn't very much these days and the 500gb are dirt cheap, you also might like the consider a e7200 not much more and much faster with more cache and faster bus, rest looks fine

Thanks for the tips! I'm on a tight budget, but I think I'll get a better power supply since it is so critical.

I would definitely get a better processor. Everything else looks fine.

Yeah, spend a bit more and get a better processor. And a also get a better PSU, like Impreza said. If you spend $50, you can get a PSU that you can use in a future build as well.

That case is really not good, 80 mm fans don't push a lot of air, it would get very hot inside with that hd4850. I would get this case (includes 2 out of 3 120 mm fans) or this one (includes 1 out of 2 120 mm). This Scythe fan moves a lot of air and isn't too loud.

I agree. 120mm fans and that's a great low budget case.

Yeah, that's a great CPU to overclock on the budget. If you're really feeling lucky, I would get an E8400 but that's just me. :P E7200 is a beast when overclocked man. That'll be a good budget card.

I see an imbalance, get cheaper RAM and a bigger HDD.

E7200 is sick, worked out great in my $600 build
