The price isn't too bad, but what you're mainly getting screwed on is the GPU. If it was offered with the 9800GT, that would be a better deal.
However, if you're looking to just mainly play WoW on that PC and you're not much into gaming on top-end games (Crysis, Farcry2, etc...), then that computer will work wonders for you.
My old computer could run WoW on max settings without a hitch and it wasn't as good as what is in that computer on newegg.com.
I'd say go for it, if you don't have time to build your own or don't wish to learn how to.
Just a little tid-bit on computers and putting them together. I have never read any "How To" guides for building computers, I just started off slow. First I learned how to swap out RAM and video cards. Then I learned how to add other things; like audio cards, networking cards and such in PCI slots. My next task was that I learned how to swap out a PSU (kind of time consuming to a beginner, but it's pretty simple). I've swapped out old DVD drives that broke and then I finally swapped out CPUs and MBs.
Just over a year now is when I put together my first computer. Only help I needed was from the manuel for my MB, to make sure I was finding all the right connections.....too bad that LED for my HDD isn't working on my tower.....must be a faulty connection from the wires on my tower to the MB. Otherwise, everything else works perfect. My first build took me about 2 hours to do. Everything was done from memory and I didn't require the use of any "How To" guide - though I strongly recommend beginners to building PCs make use of them. I'm one of those freaks that can remember how to take something apart and put it back together without instructions.
If you're not comfortable with building your own, then do as I did and start out slow. After you've had your PC for a bit and you feel you need a GPU with more power, then learn how to swap one out....etc.
