A little uneven I would say. That video card is going to slow you down and create a pretty significant bottleneck. 4 GB RAM is just silly, even 3 GB will be unnecessary until maybe the end of the year, so it would have been wiser to get 2 GB RAM and get a better video card. It's really easy to buy another stick of RAM, but getting a new video card is a major investment and consideration.
Nice Quad though, that will keep you top-notch for a couple years I'd say. Hopefully your mobo can SLI, that will make your video card shortcomings easier to get out of. Still a great system, seems like it should run Crysis on high if your video card doesn't hold you back too much.
