Are you building it or getting it prebuilt? If you build it youself you can get a Mid-High end computer. Im saying by todays standards.

Let's just go by our standards.

You can get a Core 2 Duo E6600 $222

Nvidia Gefoce 8800 Gts 320 Mb GDDR3VRAm $270

Wintec2 Gb DDR2800 Ram $80

320 Gb HD 7200rpm $80

Case $80

550w rosewell PSU $65

Vista Premium $140

DVD/CD Rom/Burner $30

Mobo $70

Cost = 1,037 this PC is Highend it'll be able to play any game it has2 gigs of ram a highend intel CPU and a good Nvidia card you'd be set. 3 years from now you should be able to build something similar to this but with different parts =). Anyway good luck and I'm pretty sure this answered your question.

yeh lol i think he is just trying to ease the pain of waiting three years for a good comp. and in three years time you would possibly be able to build a good gaming comp that now would be worth 1000 and then will be worth 600 . so yeh you are planning far too early (stop those sleepless nights and go to bed)

LOL hypocrite.. you are doing the same thing!

I remember you were doing the same thing a while ago, asking for advice on what to buy in multiple threads then now you're back asking again!

You even PM'd me asking for advice, I gave you a good reply then you went and ignored me, and even suggested an item you'd picked to someone else.

Why offer someone else advice when you dont seem to know what you're doing yourself!?
