Mixture of low/medium.

Upgrade the video card to a 5670 ($80) and you'll be playing on med/high (mostly high).

If its a desktop with screen included...hmm i guess it might be around the right price probably overpriced by about $75-$150. Also your graphics card probably isnt supported anymore, so if it has problems with games you might be outta luck.

About low-medium settings depending on the resolution. And you got ripped off.

The CPU is slow and the video card is slow, the PSU is undefined so it has unknown value. I would pay $350 on a good day for that PC.

I wouldnt pay more than $250 if this is used, you could build better for $600.

Building yourself that would be $400-50 so not ripped of as bad as some people. Put in a decent video card ($100) and your go from low to mid/high settings.

depends what monitor it is before you call it a rippoff. Still it will have to be a good monitor to not be rippoff, if it's a tube then it's just plain criminal. You will be able to play games with that 9500 gt but in a decent quality, at least not new ones. With a better videocard it would be a pretty good system, still the pc alone is only worth around 250$ second hand.

Did you get windows with it, that would be a big difference too, i mean that cost 100$.

nah you can play bfbc2 on high with a good gpu and an e7000 or e8000 series.. you can play napolean total war or gta IV on one sub 1080p assuming the gpu is up to snuff.. yes i agree its not worth 600 though unless it were to come with a monitor and keyboard n mouse and speakers.. that would probably be closer to 570 then imho
