I want max every game (60+ FPS and running FRAPS at the same time) is't possible with this rig? is every thing compatable?

Crappy GPU, drop PSU to 750watt and get SLI 670's

Buying 680's isn't really justified since the 670 is so close in performance, unless you are willing to spend the extra for a very minor performance increase. SLI 670's will max anything at 60FPS+ for a while. Take a look at some of these benchmarks: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_670_SLI/11.html

I would drop the cpu to a i5 3570k , save some money and not lose any real performance.
