How long do turtle beach headsets last?

I'm about to shell out 80 bucks for a PSx21 PS3 Turtle beach headset, I just want to know how long they last before I go out and buy it

just treat them well and they will last

Mine broke in the first two weeks. They really also dont really have that great of sound, its really closer to stereo quality.

Besides the hollow, overpriced sound you get with them, stereo sound is all you need for headphones. Surround sound in headphones = gimmick and worse than stereo.
