Look up the prices of each componet onlineand take off about 30% of the componets currentprice because it's used then add each componet price together. prolly around $500 is my guess but i don't know what PSU you have in it. If you could overclock the CPU and get it stable you could sqeeze out about $550

~ $550 The dead CPU socket kills most of the value of the computer.

Have to say around 650 to 700 since it includes a monitor. What brand is the monitor? Guessing its a acer since I remember seeing they had a 19" 1680x1050 LCD model.

If that system's only worth US$550 total, including peripherals, then that doesn't bode well for my own, which is very similar (see sig)... That's the last time I'm ever buying a new computer costing well over US$1000. Anyway, good luck selling it. I suppose some recoup is better than nothing.

You just have to find the right buyer. Most people do not know what the actual cost is for those parts, nor do they know how to build it. I bet the TC could get 700-800, try craigslist. I sold a P4 2.8GHz, 768mb DDR, 80gb HDD, XP, and 17" monitor for $300 a few months back.

Well, what I mainly want to do is replace the Q6600 and P35 board with something more recent. I'd normally keep the DDR2, but that's been phased out by DDR3 on both sides now. Everything else can stay-especially the case, drives, PSU, and sound card. Then again, it's not enough of an upgrade, especially when the CPU and mobo will probably only net me enough for a cheaper X58 board or the i7 920, but not both. Maybe what I ought to do is just move to X38/X48 instead to get around P35's lack of PCIe lanes and bandwidth.
