How much is this (old/used) computer worth?

So i want to sell my old computer... but i have NO clue how much it goes for (50$/300$?)...

It's got a pentium 4 2.8 processor

1 gig of ram

80 gigs of storage

ati 9200 video card

17? inch lcd flatpannel monitor (how much is this worth by itself because i dont know if i wanna sell?)

and it has windows xp installed with word/powerpoint/excell etc.

BTW im selling this to somebody i know personally if it matters any.

300$ w/o the LCD? doesent that seem kinda steep for like 3-4 year old hardware?

I mean you can get brand new computers for 500$ that would run quite better than what i have.

So you guys think 250$ with the LCD wouldnt be too cheep of a price? cause it is for a friend anywayz _SpaceCase_
