Looking through the side window right now, I could see alot of dust build up. Its time for me to dust out my PC.

I do a quick external dusting about once a week. A reasonably quick internal dusting once a month or so. And an in-depth cleaning that involves removing fans from heatsinks and sometimes the heatsinks themselves for thermal compound re-application probably about twice a year.
