how the hell do i beat the americans in Coh

i can beat everyother faction half of the time but i can never beat the americans they just spam rifles or rangers and i end up loosing no matter what

this game is too unballanced

any tips

my fav faction is Pe

The game is unbalanced but it is not in the americans favor.

Try training more snipers if they use a lot of infantry, or you could try the MG and mortar combo, but you would have to pay more attention since it is possible to flank an MG position.

The PE has the best infantry by far, try fully upgrading the inf, and swich between the assault rifle and panzer shreck. They WILL steamroll thier way straight to thier base, and target thier HQ.

Armor is useless vs US, they pump out at guns faster then you can make tanks. Thier snipers is a pain, so make sure you have ALOT of PE troops, and that they are in a big flock. When upgraded all damage is redused a bit by the amount of units close by. And they are FAST!

A veteran sniper = dead american rifles. I've seen 2 squads of rangers get completey destroyed by a sniper/mg combo.

What a coincidence, I just come back from losing a 3v3 match against Americans :D They're seriously overpowered, especially the Infantry doctrine. The only thing that works most of the cases is early rush with StuG IV and Ostwinds.
A veteran sniper = dead american rifles. I've seen 2 squads of rangers get completey destroyed by a sniper/mg combo.Wasdie
And I've seen American BARs which suppress both MGs and snipers.

Get a couple of MG and snipers together,then send in your infantry to attack the US troops head on. While they fight you make sure the sniper and MG are placed up at the flank where they'll mow down the troops in a surprise attack. Having a couple of snipers somewhat behind your infantry isn't bad eitehr as they can help make sure your infantry isn't overrun.

The latest expansion really beefed up the AI. I'm thinking about uninstalling it completely. Typically, the Americans will spam Rangers/Inf if they go the infantry doctrine. If not, expect 10 million M1 57mm Anti-Tank guns. That gets really annoying.

Also check my channel out for high level play: I commentate coh matches http://www.youtube.com/user/darkfoxxx321 The latest game I uploaded was actually against a player who purely uses riflespam who uses it to its fullest ability and never ever changes strategys. I highly recc you watch that game and learn from it.. also it is very entertaining. As for your problem.. mgs. Micro well and predict where YOU would flank. Rangers are man handled by pioneer flamethrower ability.

It is not overpowered. Use better micro. Stugs are terrible against rifleman.. I have no clue why you would get these unless you invested heavily into vet. Tier 3 counters would be pumas/nebels. Use your mgs well and pioneers/flamethrower while rifleman are being kited.

the wermacht seem to be more ballanced vs the US but my favourite faction is PE and the bloody rangers eat everyting even when i starve them early of recources

the armored cars got nerfed bad

you infantry will massacre theres late in the game when you get better weapons and zeal and size upgrade

the dam 57mm and rangers make it impossible to use pE streanth vehilces

It is indeed overpowered compared to it's German equivalent - the defensive doctrine. Same goes for the Airborne doctrine. It's pretty much the same whether I'll advance with StuGs or with Ostwinds, because a Ranger spam can practically annihilate everything since they're deal great damage to both infantry and tanks and are cheap. Meanwhile even if I counter them with MGs, they can still Fire Up and flank them.
