I recommend an E7400 CPU, ATI Radeon 4830, 4GB DDR2 RAM.
as a general rule of thumb u need the following:
either an intem pentium d/CORE 2 DUO/CORE 2 QUAD/CORE I7
or amd 64 +3200 or better (check the amd website look for multicore cpu)
memory anything DDR2 or DDR3 is fine (ddr2-667, ddr2-800, ddr2-1066, ddr3-1333, etc.)
finally for graphics u either need a modern laptop graphics chipset (for laptop gaming) or for desktop basically nivida 8000 or hd 3000 series card PCI-e x16 is the ideal for these cards but u can find them in AGP card slot types, if u dont know which u need simply look on the motherboard it will blatantly say so in white letters.
the little birdies suggestion above me is solid but to conserve a little bit of money u can buy and hd 4670 of geforce 9600gt and be just as well off.aura_enchanted
Right now a 4670 is only $20 less on Newegg and not nearly as powerful. While it's a solid card if you have a lower-wattage PSU (my younger brother has a 4670 himself), right now that 4830 I linked is only $100. You could buy a prebuilt for around $600 without a GPU and then order that 4830 from Newegg if you want.
This PC I am looking at has a

E7300 actually isn't bad at all. We need to know the other specs as well as the manufacturer. Can you provide a link?

For a good graphics card, you'll need a good power supply. Or just get the HD4670 and it probably will work with the PSU that comes with that pc.
