You could probably run it in the high 20's to low 30's on high with no AA.

med - low with 20-30 FPS? from what ive heard, the GS aint too great

All high, no AA, DX9, 1280x1024

why he said med -low that what i was playing with my x1950 pro but right now i have virtually the same setup as you since my proc is OC to 3.0 ghx just recently and not much difference and i get 30-40 fps average on high, you can do high and some very high depend what it is and get around 30 fps and is aint a pos card its better then the gts 640 mb card and not to far behind the 8800 gt

Even at low res with AF and AA the GTS will perform better and is more future proof.

And link where it says on XFX website?

The 8800gs ain't too bad, I'd believe crysis would be playable with med-high settings @ 1280x1024 in DX9 mode. However in DX10 with those settings it would be pretty much unplayable, especially if you threw in some AA. It's pretty much a g80 8800gts except with crippled memory.

Then why did I just get done playing the snow level with settings at med-high in DX10 with about 25fps? It wasn't even close to unplayable.
