Very High all settings, 2x AA at 40 fps. :)

I would most likely start Crysis up and an error message would come up saying "What the hell do you think you're doing, boy?" and the game would crash.
lol what are your specs?I would most likely start Crysis up and an error message would come up saying "What the hell do you think you're doing, boy?" and the game would crash.

Something is wrong with my computer I think.
I have a Q6600, GTX280 and 4Gb of RAM. I play at 1680x1050 and on Very High I get about 20FPS if I'm lucky.
But I played through the campaign on High, I'm not sure what FPS I got, probably 25 :( and that was fine enough for me.

is this a bragging thread or something ? lol anyway
I get about 20-40 fps on very high, but I overclocked the crap out of my gpu 748/1024/ and i used AMD game booster thing.
jstamm33
how do you check your fps in the game, just curious, I'd like to know where mine stands

DL Fraps It has a FPS tool in that.. Also I can run it all on High No AA at 1680-1050 around 30ish FPS...Lol? I played at those settings, same ram and a Q9400, but a HD4890 Non oc and i got more then 25... On Enthusiast for everything. Don't remember what fps. >.< Im waiting for patches to download for me to play again. I'm talking about Crysis Warhead, if you're talking about Crysis then IdkSomething is wrong with my computer I think.

I have the same problem same fps for same resolution but i have a gtx 260 oc heavily, its honestly just the game, but i have noticed that Crysis runs much better on a 32-bit OS for me as the 32-bit nvidia drivers are much better, everyones system is different, the thing is im not gonna reformat for just one game.Something is wrong with my computer I think.

I run Crysis pretty well, but Warhead will not run at a decent playable rate. Pretty sad because I thought that the game would be more optimized since it was the second iteration of the series. I loveeeee Crysis to death, minus the dumb alien things...but I can't get Warhead to freakin run right.Very High all settings, 2x AA at 40 fps. :)

Hi I played part of the demo and I found a command to display frame rate. I would guess it would
work in the full version as well. Press ~ type this : r_displayinfo 1 then hit enter.
Edit For some reason all of the post messages are underlined :? There is an underscore
between r and displayinfo.

the great thing is that you can still be a pc gamer mostly if you love rpgs there are countless titles that can run on any machine practically.
Run Crysis on High at about 50-60 fps
30fps - enthusiast/ultra setting - 1650 x 1080 - no AA
OR
30fps -enthusiast/ultra setting - 1280 - 720 - 4 x AA
and that's with 4GB of RAM and a 512MB ATi4870 on a 2.66GHz intel duel core
i used to run it at 12fps - high settings [with a few ultra's thrown in, like shaders] - no AA - 800 x 600 with my old nvidia 8600GT
