How well will this rig do?

Hey I just ordered this rig from newegg. My question is how well will this PC perform on current games like ut3, cod4, crysis, etc. Heres my specs.

Intel core 2 duo e4500 @ 2.2GHz......I plan to OC it to around 2.8 or so.

HD 3850 512mb

2gb 800 ram

Gigabyte P35 DS3l Motherboard

250gb HDD

It wil run COD 4 & UT3 perfectly! Crysis will be fine on medium settings providing your not going to high resolutions!
