Graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS.

Processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5750.

Here are the game's MINIMUM requirements:

Minimum System Requirements
OS: Windows XP/Vista

Memory: 1 GB
Hard Drive: 7 GB Free
Video Memory: 256MB (nVidia GeForce 6800/ATI Radeon X1600 Pro (Shader 3.0 support)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0c
Keyboard & Mouse
DVD Rom Drive

It will play it with no problem. If you find it laggy, drop the resolution a bit and you'll do fine. If not, low settings I guess.

So will it play around high-highest?

Clear Sky could play on the almost full Highest graphics.

No chance sorry buddy. I believe the 9500GS only has 16 stream processors which is pretty low these days. My 8800GT (a desktop graphics card) has 112 stream processors. It would be pretty much a slide show on highest graphics.
