You'll run it just fine. The CPU is a little weak, but the 6800GT is more than enough to play the game well. I'm running a Athlon 64 3000+, a 6600GT, and 1GB and am running all three new games with a mix of medium and high settings. I don't have HDR on however, because that kills my performance.
