that psu is a little on the weak side no?

i think 600w would be better

also you cant have two 8800gt('s) on that mobo thats for crossfire not sli

buy a 3870x2 it costs about the same as 2 8800gt('s) anyway. and way better

That PSU is fine. I hate it when people reccomend complete overkill PSU.

I don't think he was meaning it to be in SLI. I think he just meant the card can run SLI. Like the description.

Yeah , thats what I was thinking he meant with the SLI as well. Just describing the card. The PSU at 500w will do the job but for myself I always like just a little extra for upgrades , ect.. I'd rather have what I dont need then need what I dont have.

dude i agree on the overkill part but i thought he meant he wanted 8800 in sli i read wrong my bad.

Even 8800GTs in SLI would run just fine on the Seasonic 500w.

If you are shopping at newegg, you should look into the 550w or 600w version...
Or if you want something almost as good but cheaper, look into the Corsair lineup.
