How's this build for my friend?

He wants to max everything at 1080p, for a good 1-2 years.

Firstly, I just want to say that I put 16GB or RAM because he's coming from Alienware and he's like "Hurr durr, more RAM make big difference!!!".

Secondly, he wants it to be quiet.

Thirdly, you might be wondering why I have 2 512GB SSDs and one 90GB SSD. He has a LOT of games, so I needed a lot of storage. Secondly, we couldn't fit Windows or Office onto the 2 512GB SSDs, so I chucked in a 90GB one for Windows and Office.

Also, I want to switch the fans on the H100 (because I've heard they are loud), to something quieter and with better performance (recommendations?). How do you go about doing this with push-pull? Also, I've heard that certain cases won't fit the H100 with push-pull, so case recommendations are needed. (He likes the Corsair 650D, and wants something that is that size or smaller, with equivalent cooling performance (and looks). Also, nothing by Bitfenix. He hates Bitfenix)

Also, I put in the Cooler Master PSU (even though they are frowned upon) because I need a quiet PSU.

I will be overclocking this system, but I still want to keep it quiet.

Thanks

EDIT: Forgot to say the budget. His budget is $3000, and he's able to go up to $4000, but I want to save that extra $1000 for fans, a Yamakasi Catleap, and other stuff like games, mice, and keyboards.

Why not go for a Socket 2011 rig?

As for case, Corsair 800D

I wanted to save money for the SSDs. Although I could get a 3820, save 100 or so on the mobo, and then upgrade later down the track to an Ivy LGA2011 processor.

What the hell. I don't understand your reasoning for the 90GB SSD. You're going to have two 512GB SSDs in RAID and you're NOT going to put Windows on that?... Just get a single 512GB SSD, put Windows, programs and some games (ones that take a while to load from a HDD) on that and get a good 2TB HDD for everything else.

Like I said, he has A LOT of games and apps, and Windows and Office won't fit onto the 2 512s. I'm trying to please him as much as possible so that he doesn't get another Alienware.

Still not making sense. If you're going to have a super fast and large SSD RAID array, not putting Windows on it would just be stupid. Windows would take up like 2% of those SSDs, what do you mean it won't fit??? And why does all the storage need to be solid state? He got something against hard drives?

Pretty much. He's coming from Alienware, where the 1TB of SSD storage was affordable for him.

That's a MASSIVE budget, no need to waste it on 2x512GB SSD's. Seriously, with 4K you could almost get a 6 core i7 and SLI GTX 690's. With that you could max out anything for a LONG time.

I don't think he has a clue which is the problem. He just threw some stuff out there and wants everyone to fix it.

Would Intel SRT fix the ridiculous idea of having two 512 SSDs and a 90GB SSD?

EDIT: How about this build?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aaFM

Has a 3570K and GTX 690. Will spend the rest of the money on fans, and other stuff.
