Hello guys as i stated on the other thread, im hoping to buy a new PC. Im not looking for the fastest or best as long as it will last me around 3 years. im from asia so packages are not as updated as there in US. this is the best HP got. there are better processors but not yet in package/set, and mostly cash basis. since im using credit card, this is the best available. just wondering if its ok.

as of video card, ill just be buying seperately.

I guess its half decent depending on the price, but you might want to something about the Integrated Graphics.

She said she was going to buy a gpu seperately. If you do, buy a new psu as well. I would suggest a dx10 card as you want it to last 2 years atleast. Get a 8800 gts and a seasonic psu. Maybe a 500+ watt.

I'm just guessing in 3 years it would be like the way a 1ghz is today.

No wait maybe 1.5ghz athlon/celron.

I dont know, but im pretty sure il get rid of my E4300 in about 1 year.

whats the price? HP doesn't have the best prices. in that department, I'd have to say dell beats them by a wide margin.

even better though, build the PC yourself. There are some really good guides out there on the internet. Tomshardware.com has a great guide. once you get there, it wont be hard to find it.

As I said im from asia i cant have the luxury of ordering them in sites you use. besides, im a girl and not good in assembling and even if i am the stores that sells it by part dont accept credit card. The price is $1000. not a problem since its credit card with 0% interest.
