HP vs19b LCD Monitor

I use my monitor mainly for my computer but i want to hook my xbox360 up to it. Soon im getting the cords needed but i have a question. I have an HP vs19b monitor that runs 1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz resolution. Iv looked for about an hour and found no info on what that means in HD terms. So does this run 480p or 720p?
