I have motherboard with a built a intergrated graphics card and it has the ability to sli with a discrete graphics card (mine is Evga 560ti). I currently have the feature turned off and my 560ti does all the work by itself. I was wondering should I turn it on or leave it off?

Won't work well. It will bottleneck your card. Good for use on lower end cards though.
