I doute your gonna find a clan on fourms, maybe on steam fourms, but the best way is joining clan servers and just playing there everyday, and get to know some of the clan members, joke around with them and stuff like that, and then eventully they'll pop the big question, or you mite have to ask them urself.
There is a league called CAL but you need a team for it and I dont believe they supply servers. If you like competition then CAL is the right place for you but from what I've heard some teams can be dicks.
