I can't play flash files anymore....what do I do?

I have a flash game that I saved on my computer and when ever I try and play it and when ever I try and load other flash stuff from other sites I always get this message:

"This File does NOT have a program associated with it for preforming this action.Create an association in the folder options Control panel."

What do I do?

I tryed re-installing Macro-Media flah player but it said could not find driver plug-ins.

go into windows folder on drive c and go to download program file folder, then delete the shockwave files and try again.Mar044

Windows folder? You mean My Computer? it says not to do anything in the C-drive cause it could mess up stuff that keeps the computer running normal.

 MAN I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND NOTHING WORKS!!!! Iv already installed Adobe flash player and nothing works.

I think he means go to C:/ then find the shockwave and flash folder folder and delete it. if it says file is in use press f8 constantly on bootup and go into safemode and delete it. The flash should be in the C:/programfiles/adobe do not copy and paste that i typed that.JigglyWiggly2

I'm sorry for sounding like noob...........but C:/ where? Where is that at? where do I find that C:/ ?
