Try connecting a different computer to the monitor.

Some BIOS' have an option to select the output video card, like mine.

I bought a HD5670 some time ago and I thought it was busted, so I returned to the intergrated one and simply switched the setting to PCI-E as my default output card and it works now.

I try but nothing changedgtgtagtgtaa

Got a integrated GPU on your mobo or even a spare GPU?
