Some BIOS' have an option to select the output video card, like mine.

I bought a HD5670 some time ago and I thought it was busted, so I returned to the intergrated one and simply switched the setting to PCI-E as my default output card and it works now.

Got a integrated GPU on your mobo or even a spare GPU?

Does it work with a different gpu? If not, take the mobo out and run it without a case or anything, this will eliminate almost all problems.
