So I stopped at game stop today. I saw that they had some copies of Halo 3 for the PC. Ive actually never played halo before, non of them. I thought Id give it a try. So I looked at the box for system specs. I have a 7800 GS and 2 GB Ram, not bad but not the best. Well It didn't require a DX10 cardbut for some reason it required Windows Vista, WTF? I instantly had a bad day from there on. I have XP, it works, it runs, It gets the job done. I guess my $50 is going to go to a bottle of Jack. Then when I'm feeling good I'm going to pop in BF2 and get my arse kicked.

You mean Halo 2, not Halo 3. and yes. it requires Vista. Windows publishes the game, and they want to promote vista as much as they can.

yea. you can get the game to run on XP with various "methods." however, you cannot play MP if you use these.

I wouldn't buy it... the game got really crappy ratings. I would buy Bioshock, or World in Conflict or something.

uh? I thought it was 3? I guess the box made it look different. Anyways thats even worse if it's still only 2. I wouldn't pay 50 bucks for a game that's only 40 for xbox. That's more b.s.
