I have a real dilemma...

I just recieved all my parts in the mail and i'm ready to build, the only problem is the case I have NZXT Alpha wont open. Unless I figure a way to open it, I can't build it.

Looks like there are two screws, or hand screws on the back on the window side. Take those out and the side panel should pop open.

You need to slide the side panel backwards. You can see the small hooks on the top and bottom of the side panel:
