I have a PC that I want to add a graphics card to. So, here's the CPU (edited): Intel Pentium G620 @ 2.6 GHz I have 4 gigs of ram, but no idea what speed (although I think the mobo only allows 1033... again, i'm not in the know on these things) I'm looking at adding a Radeon 7750 HD (Diamond brand) for $100. Is this a decent choice for gaming? Not looking to run anything crazy, and I'd be looking at playing at 720 or 1080 tops anyway (what can I say, I'm a console gamer, so not too concerned about flashy top end graphics, i just want games to run well at mid-level). Any help is appreciated! Also, I chose that card because I have limited case space, and my PSU is a POS... so the 7750 is self powered through the PCi-E...

The 7750 is about as good as a card I'd recommend for that CPU.

Download a software called Speccy. That will list all of your hardware components. I'm also not sure what you mean when you say the GPU is powered from the PCI slot. That is the slot the GPU goes into but your power supply still needs to plug into the GPU. You need to find out the wattage of your PSU and the recommended wattage for the GPU. If your power supply is crappythan I'd recommend buying a good 400-450W which should only set you back like $30-40.

You're gonna have some bottlenecking issues with that CPU.
