I'm not looking for a gaming PC. I'm looking for a good PC that does email, internet, forums, music, papers, and streamed videos. How much should i spend? And, as the topic states, I'm wondering if Best Buy is too overpriced to be worth it. If so, where should i buy one? What should i look for in a PC (I mean parts)?

I have one that you can have for £200 that will do everything you ask. Only problem is I'm in UK and I don't deliver. Get one off craigslist or ebay if you're after a decent one, try not to buy a prebuilt as they're really really low quality yet cost more than they are worth. Try to even ask your friends and relatives if they have something. Here's an example of something that you would find suitable: Processor: Intel Core2Duo 3.0Ghz RAM: 2GB HDD: 250GB Graphics: Anything at all if you really won't be gaming, integrated is fine but a graphics card would be beneficial. Recommended: Processor: Intel quad-core i series processor (such as 760 or 2500k) RAM: 4GB HDD: 500GB+ Graphics: Anything again, but even a 9600GT would be nice.
