I need a good summer game!

Summer break is coming up soon and I need a new PC Game.

I recently built a new PC with an 8800GT and feel like I'm wasting it because all I have really played is Oblivion and the Orange Box. Can anyone recommend some good games to help me through the summer?

I'm looking for games that are about 20+ hours, non-FPS (I'm really burnt out on FPS) and non-RPG? I'm not looking for another 80+ hours for a game like Oblivion but something that could last me more than 2 weeks. Any/all suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, you could look at any of the popular RTS games. There is not much else there if you don't want FPS or RPG games. Maybe you should specify what type of games and not so popular genres you like.

Don't go for Mass effect seriously... unless you like jumping jeeps, invinsible armor, arcade controlling and pausing game at anytime you want.
Looks pretty lame to me, watch official videos before buying it.

There are not much of good games coming out soon on PC, and it's very sad really.
I'd go for already released games if I was you.

And best bet for you would be Crysis, CoD4 and Bioshock, you cannot miss your shot with these 3.

Seriously though, Mass Effect is a good game. That guy who's never played it has never played it... so I wouldn't be quick to listen to him about that game.
