I need a graphics card for under 100$

It also needs to be AGP, i dont need anything fancy cause i just want to play WoW on medium low settings with a good framerate. What card should i get? Whats the best i can get for under 100?

I have a 2.8 p4 processor and 1.5 gigs of ram BTW.
