I suck. That's the bottom line. And I need tips on how to get better, because I get an average of 2 kills per 20 rounds.
Everyone around me is like, sooooo professional, and I'm just there dying straight :D
BTW, I am playing CS 1.6
Thanks

CS1.6 takes forever to get good at and most people that play have been playing for MANY years. you just gotta be persistent and play against bots for a while (if you can). that way you can practice headshots and learn the maps
I started playing sounter-strike with counter-strike source. i found it to be too repetitive to play for more than a month. but yeah learn the maps and learn when and where enemies like to show up at so you can be ready to get the shot before they do.
Go practice with bots. Eh, is an old game what motivates you to play it? I mean is going to take a long time before you can even match anyone thats left I assume cause I mean I have not played since forever.

CS 1.6 is still on the most played list. I see hundreds of loaded servers when I go online.
never lead the charge , always follow the nubs, use flashbangs, get good at the awp/auto, aim for the head unless u have an ak47 and in that case just aim for there knees and go full auto lol, trust me it pwns. most of all is practice and patience, gotta have a good team too
Good luck, 1.6 is a ***** to get good at (literally will take you 1000s of hours). Mostly because everyone who plays 1.6 is already really good, and that some of it's mechanics are odd (aiming is rediculous to get down since it seems the weapons shoot almost randomly in a spray and not in a predicted path).
Source is a much more friendly game.
